Our Fully Automated Coating Line Goes into Full Operation

News Center

Aerial work platforms are exposed to harsh outdoor environments with sun and rain all year round. The equipment's anti-corrosion ability and paint durability are important indicators for measuring product life. To this end, our company has invested heavily in building an industry-leading fully automated eco-friendly coating line. Recently, this coating line has been put into full and efficient operation, putting the strongest "armor" on our equipment.

Super-large tanks used for deep cleaning and pretreatment processes of structural components

Deep Pretreatment, No Blind Spots for Rust Removal

A perfect coating is inseparable from a rigorous base. At the front end of the coating workshop, huge liquid treatment tanks are lined up. Before entering the spraying process, all welded steel structural components must go through a series of strict surface pretreatment processes such as degreasing, pickling, and phosphating. This not only completely removes oil stains and impurities on the metal surface but also forms a dense anti-rust bottom film, significantly improving the adhesion of the subsequent paint film.

Modern suspension conveyor chain; structural components are entering the spraying area in an orderly manner

Automated Conveying for Uniform Coverage

The pretreated workpieces are smoothly mounted onto a heavy-duty aerial suspension conveyor chain. The conveyor chain feeds the workpieces into a fully enclosed eco-friendly spraying room at a constant speed. Here, advanced spraying equipment evenly attaches high-performance powder coatings to the surface of every component. Even complex inner corners and hidden parts can receive perfect coating coverage.

Large high-temperature curing oven, ensuring the perfect fusion of the coating and the metal surface

High-Temperature Curing to Shape the Ultimate "Armor"

After spraying, the structural components slowly enter a huge red high-temperature curing oven. Under a strictly temperature-controlled baking environment, the powder coating melts, levels, and cross-links to cure, ultimately forming a bright, highly hard, and highly weather-resistant protective layer on the metal surface.

High-quality coated chassis components are ready for final assembly

The excellent surface treatment process makes our equipment fearless of wind and rain challenges. Whether in humid coastal construction sites or dusty heavy industrial plants, our aerial work platforms can maintain outstanding appearance and anti-corrosion performance, truly achieving "lasting durability" and escorting client assets!
