Our Compact Lift Successfully Delivered to a Heavy Manufacturing Enterprise

Recently, our company successfully delivered a batch of high-quality lifting equipment to a large heavy machinery manufacturing enterprise. The client operates a spacious, modern production workshop with extremely high ceilings, equipped with massive heavy-duty overhead cranes and complex top lighting and ventilation pipelines. Consequently, efficient and safe factory high-altitude maintenance has become a major challenge in their daily operations.

Before introducing our equipment, the client faced three major pain points during daily inspections and factory high-altitude maintenance: First, limited working space due to large processing equipment on the floor, requiring a minimal turning radius; second, high demands for height and stability, where traditional scaffolding is time-consuming and poses safety risks; finally, strict environmental limits on exhaust emissions and noise in the enclosed indoor workshop.

After a thorough evaluation of the client's on-site working conditions, we recommended this fully electric scissor lift platform. • Sturdy and Stable: The scissor mechanical structure, built with high-strength thickened rectangular steel pipes, ensures that the platform remains incredibly stable even when raised to its highest point, significantly reducing any swaying sensation at height.

• Single-Person Operation: An intuitive electronic control handle is integrated into the platform. A single worker standing on the platform can easily control the lifting, moving forward, and reversing of the equipment, greatly saving labor costs.

During the delivery, with a push of the control handle, this electric aerial work platform deployed smoothly, transporting the operator safely and quickly to the steel beams at the top of the factory over ten meters high.
